Our Antenatal Classes
The primary aim of our Antenatal Class is to make available a high quality day session in a pleasant atmosphere which will enable prospective mothers prepare for labour, birth and the future demands of parenthood. A father/partner today shares in the joys of pregnancy, childbirth and child rearing. Our class will help them understand the physical and emotional changes their partner will undergo and prepare them for their own role. We will update enhance and develop your own knowledge and you will leave us feeling very confident.

The complete one day class is recommended for most first time parents. The afternoon session of our one-day class will meet the needs of those who only require information on baby care, feeding, and related topics.
The morning session will meet the needs of couples who have had a baby and wish to refresh on labour and delivery.
Individual class also available.
Our small class size is to facilitate practical floor work including breathing and relaxation techniques, positions for labour and delivery and pelvic floor exercises. This is unique to our class.
We recommend attending our one day class between 28 to 36 weeks pregnancy.
We know you will benefit from our class as with knowledge, practical advice and sensible notes of caution will come the confidence to enjoy your pregnancy and birth of your baby in good health with a positive state of mind.
